With academic foundations in Business Administration in diversified roles, and Law, I bring over 30 years of cross-functional experience spanning Public Relations, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Organizational Development, SOPs, Executive Coaching, Legal Affairs, International & Domestic Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Technical Support, and International Coordination.
In addition, I have worked across various industries, including Food & Beverages, Insurance, Software Development, Online Procurement, Design & Construction, Healthcare, and Technology Import & Distribution.
Our firm offers legal consultancy to both individuals and organizations, with core expertise in Tax Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Agreements, Organization Development and Strategic Business Planning.
My mission is not merely to deliver legal services, but to serve as a strategic advisor — integrating legal insight with business acumen to empower our clients to make confident, future-ready decisions.

ผมก่อตั้งสำนักงานกฎหมาย ณัษฐธรรม ด้วยความเชื่อมั่นว่า “กฎหมาย” มิใช่เพียงกลไกในการตัดสินความถูกผิด แต่คือ รากฐานของความยุติธรรม ความเท่าเทียม และความสมดุลของสังคม
ด้วยพื้นฐานการบริหารธุรกิจที่หลากหลายด้าน และกฎหมาย ผมมีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 30 ปีในงานบริหารงานองค์กรที่หลากหลาย ทั้งด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ การตลาด การขาย การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล การพัฒนาองค์กร มาตรฐานขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน (SOPs) การโค้ชผู้บริหาร งานด้านกฎหมาย การจัดซื้อทั้งในและต่างประเทศ โลจิสติกส์ การบริการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค และการประสานงานระหว่างประเทศ
